The conference starts off with a Paul Harris Luncheon Friday May 16th at noon. We expect many families with children or grandchildren to arrive late afternoon Friday in time for the Grand Tour of Hospitality Rooms and our Kickoff outdoor barbeque dinner.
The conference ends after our
luncheon on Sunday May 18th – approximately
The District 6360 Annual Meeting will take place during Sunday’s luncheon – a working lunch so to speak.
Registration is up and running. Click the ‘Registration’ link at the bottom of the website. All registrations will be made over the Website. Registration fees are for meals only; there is no actual registration fee for the conference itself. For anyone staying overnight, reservations at the Potawatomi Inn or at the two close-by hotels must be made separately through these facilities. See ‘lodging button’ or the ‘registration link’ on the Website for more information.
Registration Costs (***Early Bird prices end April 15th!!!!)
a. Full conference adult: ($100.00 early bird, $120.00 after 4/15)
b. Full Conference child (3-11): ($75.00 - no early bird)
c. 1/2 conf adult package: ($75.00/$70.00 early bird, $90.00/$85.00 after 4/15)
d. 1/2 conf child package: ($52.00 or $45.00 - no early bird)

a. Rates depend on size of room, and range from $69.00 to $123.00.

a. T-shirts are free to any youth who registers for all or part of the District Conference.
b. Adult t-shirts: $10.00, Adult polo shirts: $26.00 (larger sizes are extra).

Should I
really bring my family to a Rotary District Conference?
Absolutely. This conference is designed for families, with many activities that are either designed for children, or are designed to appeal to both adults and children. Spouses and children are encouraged to attend all the programs which are mostly human interest stories and will appeal to all ages. Spouses and children will be invited to be part of the solution regarding the ‘Children of the Dump’ Program.
Absolutely. While family members will be present, the
material and activities will equally appeal to individual Rotarians without
their family. The humanitarian Rotary
programs are not ‘dumbed down’ in anyway;
they are just programs designed to appeal to a broad range of ages. Activities such as horseback riding, the
No. The District Conference is located within close driving distance to many District Rotarians in the south part of our District. Rotarians can commute for the day and save the cost of overnight lodging. You must, however, still register for the conference.
